Building Homes
Rebuilding Lives

Starlight Land development has provided a viable solution implemented a resourceful program which teaches youth and young adults how to build homes through a successful mentorship relationship which fundamentally strengthen’s a self-esteem and enriches them with job-skills and life-skills that will increase their chances for good success.

Supporting youth crisis

Many of the at-risk youth we assist come from disadvantaged backgrounds where there is low income, poverty, stressful family environtments, drug abuse and crimes. These circumstances contribute to the high rates of delinquent behavior. This is what Starlight Land Development provides support to assist the youth in building a more stable life and promising future.

Job/Work/Career Opportunities

At-risk youth have lower chances to learn viable skills that will create job-readiness in the future. Starlight Land Development provides immense training and skills that can help youth reach their potential personally, educationally, financially and professionally.

Startegic Mentorship

It is easier for at-risk youth to get “off-track” and the Starlight Land Development program gives youth the ability to navigate daily challenges in order that they may set positive goals for their educational and professional future.

Better Relationship/Life Coaching Skills

Starlight Land Development program gives youth the opportunity to develop beneficial character traits and helps them learn leadership skills, conflict-resolution skills and helps to promote positive social attitudes and trusted relationships with others.
